Take My Online Classes Now Refund Policy

Occasionally, students who sign up for an online class alter their minds for a variety of reasons. We think there should be a clear return policy for students who choose not to register in the class, regardless of the reason. Online class refunds are only granted in the following situations:

  • The user requests a refund in writing via email within three business days after the registration date AND the user did not view any component of the online class (email notification sent). Any online classes (or curricula) that have already been accessed in some way cannot be refunded.
  • A $100 administration fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • If you accept receipt of the item, all mailed course materials (books, study guides, CDs, self-study kits, videos, etc.) must be returned, unopened/unused, at your expense.

Please be aware that you have read the aforementioned refund policy and agree to it in order to enroll in and access your online class. For your class, there are no extensions available. There will be additional costs for longer access if you do not finish your class by the end date listed in your welcome letter.

Online Professional Development Refund Policy

  • The student or user requests a refund in writing via email within 72 hours of registering in the class AND they did not view any component of the online class.
  • After the exam has been taken, there are no refunds available.

Online Enrichment Course Refund Policy

  • The student or user requests a refund in writing via email within 72 hours of registering in the class AND they did not view any component of the online class.
  • After the exam has been taken, there are no refunds available.
  • The cost of the course’s materials will be deducted from the refund.
